Bago tayo magsimulang mag-usap about your job search strategy, may iiwan akong mahalagang tips para magtagal ka sa anumang trabahong iyong papasukan.

Be Disciplined.

You are expected to be professional and conscientious in your work.

No pain, no gain.

Be hard-working and diligent. Big salary comes with big responsibility.

Be open to new experiences.

This would widen your horizon. Para iwas-culture shock, start learning the work environment by reading and by asking people who have been there. Consider them as challenges to improve yourself.

Be flexible and teachable.

Minsang sinabi ng futurist na si Alvin Toffler: “The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.”

Be relational.

You must develop your people-skills and increase your emotional intelligence. Learn to deal with characters. Tanggalin ang masasamang attitudes if you would like to not only survive, but also thrive in your work. Respond positively sa mga work-related issues.
