Here are some information to help you get started.
How do I buy books from OMFLit.com?
1. Browse our Catalog and click on Add this item to my cart to select titles you want to buy.
2. Review the items in your cart, taking note of Handling cost computations for deliveries within or outside the Philippines.
3. Click on Continue Shopping if you want to add more items, or click Check Out when you’re ready to finalize your order.
4. Read the Terms and Conditions. If you agree to these, click Agree to Terms and Conditions and Continue to finalize order.
5. If you are a first-time customer at OMFLit.com, register as an OMFLit Online Customer for free. If you are a returning customer, log in using your email address and password that you used when you first registered.
6. If you wish to have the items in your Shopping Cart delivered outside the Philippines or to a different address, choose from the drop-down menu your Country of Delivery FIRST before filling in the other fields of the Shipping Address. Click on the Outside Metro Manila box if the shipping address is for outside Metro Manila but within the Philippines. Click on Confirm this Order.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
After Order Confirmation, choose your preferred mode of payment.
For deliveries within the Philippines, you have the option to pay in Philippine Pesos (via Kaban) or in US Dollars (via PayPal). For shipping to other countries, payment must be made only in the US Dollar currency via PayPal.
For Payments in the Philippine Pesos
1. If you wish to pay in Philippine Pesos click on the “Kaban” icon. Then click “Proceed to Payment”.
2. You may pay using your Bancnet ATM Card or Credit Card. Click on the button of your preferred mode of payment then click “Next”.
For Credit Card Payments, you will be directed to our payment gateway’s site. Click on “Continue”
Enter your credit card details then click “Submit”.
For Bancnet ATM Card debit payments, choose your bank from the drop-down menu. Then click “Submit”.
After selecting your bank, enter your ATM Card details in the spaces provided. For some banks, your Member Number will be required. Click here to see the location of your member number from your ATM Card: https://www.bancnetonline.com/apps/jsp/bancnet/MemberNo2.jsp .
Choose your Account Type and enter your Pin using the embedded keypad. Then click “Pay”.
For Payments in the US Dollar Currency
1. Register as a PayPal user, or use your PayPal account if you already have one, to pay for order (you will be directed to PayPal’s secure page). Click on Check out with PayPal.
Please allow 3-5 working days for processing and delivery, excluding official Philippine holidays.
How can I track my orders?
Please send an email to: estore@omflit.com with the following details for reference: Name, Date of Purchase, Order ID, and PayPal Transaction Number. (These details are automatically emailed to you upon successful processing of your payment.) We will email back to you your order’s status.
How many copies per title am I allowed to purchase?
The maximum quantity you can purchase per title is twenty (20). Please send an email to estore@omflit.com if you wish to purchase more than 20 copies per title. You will be issued an electronic invoice for your bulk orders with instructions on how you can make your payment through PayPal.
I need a book I saw in your book shop. Why is it not available through OMFLIT.com?
At present, the list of products that can be purchased through OMFLIT.com consists of titles that we have locally developed, or produced as co-editions with overseas partner-publishers. Titles imported by OMFLIT for distribution in the Philippines are currently available through OMFLIT book shops, and other Philippine bookstores only. Please send an email to estore@OMFLIT.com with subject: SPECIAL ORDER if you wish to purchase an OMFLIT imported product online. OMFLIT.com handling and delivery costs may vary for these special orders.
Why aren't all titles available for worldwide delivery?
The list of products that we produced as co-editions with overseas partner-publishers have limited distribution areas on a per title basis. Please check the distribution limits of the titles you are ordering to make sure that they are not removed from your Shopping Cart when you checkout.
In what currency will I be billed?
For deliveries within the Philippines, you may be billed in Philippine Pesos or US Dollars through the Kaban Payment gateway or PayPal, respectively. For shipping to other countries, you will be billed for the books and handling fees online through PayPal. Transactions will be in the US Dollar currency. Please note that your Card's issuing bank will charge you, if applicable, in Philippine Pesos based on their prevailing conversion rates at the time of settlement.
What is the scope of your delivery?
We can deliver to most local destinations in the Philippines, based on the serviceable areas of our authorized couriers. Should your shipping area be non-serviceable, the package can be picked up at the nearest branch of our couriers or an alternative serviceable address that we will request from you. You will receive a call or an email from our Customer Service regarding the delivery.
Our selling facility is also able to deliver to most countries worldwide as per our courier partners' serviceable areas. Should your shipping area be outside the delivery area (ODA) of our courier partners, you will be notified and asked to settle an ODA surcharge prior to the delivery.
Do you deliver to post office boxes (P.O. Box)?
We encourage you to use physical addresses for your delivery requirements to make sure that packages are received in person. However, for cases where using PO Boxes (e.g. Middle East and Africa) is necessary and the only option, your complete telephone and mobile numbers will be required. This is to make sure that our couriers can contact you about delivery details.
How is the handling and delivery fee computed?
Delivery and handling fees for Metro Manila and Outside Metro Manila are computed as follows:
For within Metro Manila the handling cost is Php 75.00 for the first item on your shopping cart
and Php 25.00 for each two (2) additional items thereafter.
For Outside Metro Manila but within the Philippines, the handling cost is Php 100.00 for the first item on your shopping cart and Php 50.00 for each two (2) additional items thereafter.
Please note that only the following areas are considered as within Metro Manila:
Caloocan City, Las Piñas City, Makati City, Malabon City, Mandaluyong City
Manila, Marikina City, Muntinlupa City, Navotas City,Parañaque City
Pasay City, Pasig City, Pateros, Quezon City, San Juan City
As we treat online orders as URGENT, it will be difficult to cancel an order that has already been paid. However, you may get in touch with our Customer Service through estore@omflit.com to check on the status of your order. We might still be able to cancel your order if the package is still with us. Please note that we can no longer cancel an order that has already been dispatched for delivery.
What should I do if I need to return an item?
We encourage our customers to make a careful and informed choice before making any purchase. Pursuant to the Consumer Act of the Philippines, “It is not an excuse for a customer to return goods because of change of mind or mistake due to the fault of the consumer himself”.
If you would like to return an item purchased in this site due to product defect, OMF Literature shall facilitate a replacement or a refund of the purchase amount, whichever you prefer. Shipping and handling charges, however, are non-refundable.
Please let us know, in writing, of your intent to return an item within seven (7) days from receipt of the item. Such letter should include the corresponding reason or actual product defect, and whether you wish for a replacement or a refund. You may send us the letter via email at estore@omflit.com.
If you wish for a replacement, we shall send you a replacement free of charge within 2–3 days after we receive the returned item. You may return the item to:

If a replacement is not available, we shall refund you the amount of the paid item plus the shipping cost of the returned item. If you wish for a refund, we shall facilitate the refund provided that:
a. The item is returned in its original delivery condition.
b. A copy of the email received from estore@omflit.com is attached
c. The item is returned within seven (7) days upon receipt of your request for a refund.
We shall remit to your PayPal account a refund amount equivalent to the product price plus the shipping cost of the returned item.
