I read this book during those times when I was trying to understand my situation and to recover from it. Burnout is a robber. It robs you of joy, sense of truth and sound perspective. It is so costly. It cost me a lot - career and the life God wants to give me. I recommend this book, especially to career-driven and ministry-driven people. I also thank Dr. Sarthou because my interview with her made me realize I was undergoing burnout.

a must read!! thank you so much for the book...the learnings i got from it is so great...it aid me to understand the things i've been through...never i've read a book that would reflect the exact things and questions ringing in my head...it's like a mirror of my own feelings...thank you very much...the book and the author is of great help and of great annointing...i highly recommend the book for those who need "rest"...
